Prof Miranda K. Brawn works for companies on business-critical issues that impact on long term value, reputation and narrative – global markets, investments, legal and compliance regulations, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), environmental, social and governance factors (ESG) in particular.

She leads a global consulting practice which provides innovative advice and strategic guidance to corporates and investors on the integration of new compliance regulations, DE&I, sustainability and ESG into decision making. A proven track record of designing, delivering and evaluating diversity, equity, inclusion and sustainability initiatives. She also offers both strategic and creative solutions. Her work ranges from small organisations such as founder start-ups to multi-channel billion-dollar and trillion-dollar global organisations.

With deep experience driving DE&I and ESG sustainability processes and strategies from scratch with measurable success, Miranda is highly experienced in fostering inclusion initiatives in a number of industries and organisations across the dimensions of gender, race, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQIA+, socio-mobility, age, religion and all other forms of diversity.  

Additionally, she advises on regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions. These have included the European Union, UK, Asia, US, Africa and Middle East regulations impacting sustainable investing. Miranda has been involved with climate commitments to accelerate companies’ paths to net zero emissions. Also, brings a deep knowledge of global financial markets and sustainable finance to companies’ holistic research and outreach efforts.

Miranda is well-positioned to provide advice and insight to Boards and organisations across a spectrum of topics, from strategic development and policies to the management of climate risk, electric vehicle (EV), special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), governance, diversity, equity, global regulations and investing in sustainability.  She has also been a member of Governance, Legal and Compliance, Investment, Diversity and Inclusion (i.e. Social Mobility), Events, Fundraising, Operations, Risk and Audit committees for various profit and non-profit organisations.
